Cooroora

The Cooroora Emergency Services Cadets have been going for five years, and you know, they say things only get better with age.

Well, this is certainly the case with this group. Meeting at the Cooroora Secondary College on Summit Rd Pomona, these cadets sure know how to have fun and learn at the same time.

With their own flood rescue boat and a large team of dedicated instructors, Cooroora ES Cadets are the place to be on a Thursday afternoon between 3.30pm and 5.30pm.

With training in leadership, general rescue, first aid, casualty simulation and a heap of other activities, this is one active group.

The only catch is that you have to be a student at the Cooroora Secondary College; but if this is you, contact Ms Su Below for more information (her contact details can be obtained through the school).
