Training, Activities and Camping Information
The scope of training, outdoor activities and camps may include the following:
- Activities planned and conducted by Cadet Groups;
- Participation by invitation in local emergency services activities;
- Attendance by invitation at allied organisation’s activities;
- Attendance by invitation at local emergency services training exercises; and
- Administrative activities for the efficient functioning of Cadet Groups.
All members of the Emergency Services Cadets are provided with the opportunity to attend an appropriate level of training and camp activities in each year. Whilst sufficient training should be experienced, the emergency services cadet program recognises that cadets are high school students and need time to study.
