Privacy Statement
The Queensland Government is committed to protecting your privacy.
Personal information requested on these forms may be used by local and State Government agencies for the administration of the Dangerous Goods Safety Management Act 2001. It may also be used by the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service as a resource to enhance their emergency response capability.
An individual has the right to check the accuracy of information held on him/her. Personal information will not be divulged to anyone else without the approval of the individual unless it is important for the individual’s care or is required or authorised by law.
