EMERGENCY ALERT: Moreton bay coastal areas

Emergency services has issued a storm tide Watch and Act message for coastal areas of Moreton Bay Regional Council. Moreton Bay coastal areas could be affected by a storm tide at 10.35am on Monday morning. This tide will be 0.2 metres higher than the tide today. Residents should take action to warn neighbours, secure property and relocate to friends or family if concerned about their safety. For more information listen to local radio or visit www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au. Only call Triple Zero (000) if you or your property is in danger or if someone is injured.
