Copyright of DES materials resides with the State of Queensland. Apart from any fair dealing for the purpose of private study, research, criticism or review, as permitted under copyright legislation, no part may be reproduced or re-used for any commercial purposes whatsoever without written permission of the DES Copyright Administrator, Director, Information Services, Department of Emergency Services.
