Queensland Volunteer Marine Rescue Committee (QVMRC)

Customers and key stakeholders

The Queensland Volunteer Marine Rescue Committee's customers and key stakeholders include bathers, boating people, recreational and professional fishermen, general public, government agencies, inland water/river users, other marine environment users and volunteer marine rescue volunteers.

The Queensland Volunteer Marine Rescue Committee achieves the desired community outcomes through attainment of the five goals identified below.

The Executive Director Counter Disaster and Rescue Services, Department of Emergency Services, or his/her nominee chairs the QVMRC.

The Secretary is the Manager, Volunteer Marine Rescue Services.
