NRMA Insurance – major sponsor of the QLD SES

Since 2007 NRMA Insurance has supported the SES as major sponsor to help households prepare for severe weather, provide grants to SES groups to boost their storm response and to promote volunteer achievements.

This storm season NRMA Insurance is again supporting the SES with a joint community awareness campaign encouraging Queenslanders to get storm ready.

Additionally NRMA Insurance runs an annual Storm Heroes Awards and Grants Program to recognise the contributions of SES teams and individuals during storm season and provide grants to SES groups for storm response equipment and activities.

NRMA Insurance also provide a ‘Hero Discount’ to Queensland SES volunteers on their Home Insurance and Car Insurance.

The generous support the SES receives from the major sponsor also supports SES events, initiatives and projects including production of community education and promotional items.
